Billy Tetrud

Billy Tetrud

Billy Tetrud is Meridia's co-founder and CEO. He has researched and written about governance and economics for 10 years, most recently in his Governology Substack, and is a co-host of the Eco-development & Land Projects meetup in Austin. His life-long passion for invention and futurism lead him to a 15 year career as a software engineer, entrepreneur, and ex-Googler. He has worked in the Bitcoin self-custody space and has written several papers about Bitcoin. He started Tixit, a company that built an extensible project management system. His vision of the future champions smarter libertarian governance and pro-human environments where communities can thrive.

Stacia Wilson

Stacia Wilson

Stacia Wilson is Meridia Town's Chief Community Officer. A serial entrepreneur and futurist with a degree in anthropology, she's been involved in building communities for over 10 years, including lifestyle brands, dance communities, international pop-up co-living houses, and church planting. As a digital nomad, she's immersed herself in cultures around the world and learned from local community organizers first-hand.

A previous Young Voices contributor, podcast guest, and panel speaker, she writes about sensemaking, liberty, technology, and culture on her Substack, "How to Change Your Mind".

Her passions are to foster rich connections between individuals, expand perceptions of what's possible, and build towards a future aligned with human flourishing.
